We source our produce from the Lune valley and Cumbria, this helps maintain the freshness and supports local producers.
Our hogs are not cooked on a spit but slowly for 8-12 hours in a specially built oven on a trivet this method ensures the meat remains tender, moist and succulent.
Our catering units are professionally built to our specification. We are registered with Lancaster City Environmental Health and meet all the requirements for Policies and Procedures.
